Ordering & refunds

A plain-language summary of how orders work on FullPlate. This is not a substitute for the full Terms.

Who you're ordering from

When you place an order, you are ordering directly from the independent restaurant shown on the page. That restaurant — not FullPlate or Kingbird Solutions LLC — prepares your food and is the merchant of record for your order. FullPlate provides the ordering technology.

Payment

Pickup orders are currently pay-at-counter. Card payment is being enabled through Stripe; when active, your payment goes directly to the restaurant, which keeps 100% of the food total (FullPlate charges the restaurant a flat subscription, never a commission on your order).

Changes, cancellations & refunds

To change or cancel an order, contact the restaurant directly as soon as possible — ideally before they start preparing it. Because the restaurant fulfills the order, refund and cancellation decisions are made by the restaurant. FullPlate can help you get in touch but does not control the outcome.

Reservations

A reservation request is not confirmed until the restaurant accepts it.

Your information

The name, email, and phone you provide are used to process your order or booking and to send you status updates. See the Privacy Policy for details.
